Color Film Disclaimer and Notes
Andrew’s Analog Service Center is a part-time home-based business which is primarily operated by 2 people in the evenings and most weekends. Therefore, there is a limited throughput capacity. The lab prioritizes incoming orders by film type and quantity of rolls. Multiple orders get worked on simultaneously. Orders with multiple film types such as Color and Black & White automatically get a significantly lower priority because each type of film has to travel to the correct area in the lab to be developed. We don’t cap or limit the amount of film orders received on our website or our Etsy store onestopdeveloping. When a larger than normal quantity of orders is received it slows down everyone’s order.
The Lab is built around the ability to develop and scan Color Negative
C-41 and ECN-2 35mm and 120 film formats. We are capable of developing 110, 126, 127, APS however these are classified as Special Projects and can take 3 to 6 months to complete. You can contact the lab for a better turnaround time estimate.
The lab is capable of developing all color film stocks including C-41,
ECN-2, C-22 and E4 and E6. However only C-41 and ECN-2 are done on a regular basis. The E6 can take up to a month to complete. The E4 and C-22 can take 3 to 6 months and in some cases longer because the chemicals are no longer manufactured.
The lab has 5 different film scanning stations across multiple rooms, each with its on scanner. Our newest addition for 2023 will allow us to scan 120 medium format film at 48MP.
