*The Exact resolution of the DSLR scans fluctuates due to cropping. For DSLR 24 the resolution could be as low as 22MP or as high as 28MP. For DSLR 48 the resolution could be as low as 46MP or as high as 50MP. All samples are from Kodak Ektar 100 35mm film shot on a Canon Rebel 2000 with Canon lens.
We use Canon DSLR digital cameras for all of our DSLR scanning. 35mm, APS and 110 are scanned using Canon lens, 120 is scanned with a Sigma Art 70mm lens.

TIFF is now available at any resolution and is available for purchase as an upgrade package.

Negatives and Personal Property:
We do our best to return all personal property which includes your negatives, reloadable cassettes and 620 / 127 metal spools. Because your negatives are the best and purest version of your pictures, we strongly encourage you to save them. At request we gladly provide you with Print File Archival Sleeves. Limit 1 sleeve per roll. All 120 film is automatically returned in Print File sleeves unless the film is requested to be not cut.

Turn Around Time
Different film types have different turn around times due to the complexity and time consumed to develop each film type. time given is based on a single roll. Multiple rolls will increase turn around time. Damaged film will double turn around time.
