Please read this completely before calling us if you have Expired film such as Verichrome, C-22, Triple Print, Kodachrome K12 or K14.
Any of the above will be developed as Black and White film. Even if it says color, we can’t develop the film with color. If we get good results color can be added back using AI technology.
We recommend contacting us by email:

If you do call us be aware we are located in Pennsylvania in the Eastern Time Zone. The owners of this lab have a daytime job which ends around 5pm. Try to avoid calling between 4pm and 6pm EST.
We understand there is a fine line between uneducated and stupid. We are here to help the uneducated, we have a very low tolerance for stupid.
>When you call we expect you to have a general basic knowledge of film.
>We expect you to know that film is a light sensitive medium which needs to be developed by a lab in total darkness before the images can be seen.
>We expect you to know that all film has a expiration date which is usually about 2 or 3 years after the film has been manufactured.
>Expired film can and should be developed. If the film is 10 or less years expired you can expect good or excellent results. At 20 years expired you can expect good or fair results. at 30 years you might get a poor quality image and past 40 is not likely unless its Verichrome, C-22 or any Black and White film. Some of these can be developed 4- to 60 years after they expire.
>By sending us film you have a basic knowledge of how a website works and how email works. You are required to have basic Internet knowledge to use our services.
>Don’t ask us the price on the phone or ask if our services are free, this will be very offensive and will result in your number being blocked. Especially if you call around 5PM EST.
Turn around time for expired film is usually 4 to 8 weeks but can be longer.
>We do not manufacture film.
Please contact us by email or phone with additional questions you can’t find answers to on this website.
