Where Are You Located?

Andrew’s Analog Service Center is located in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026, about a quarter mile from the Bond Shopping Center.

Our lab, developing area, scanning area, packing area, and film store operate out of our personal home. Because this is a home-based business, we do not publicly post our full address on general website pages.

Why don’t you list the full address publicly?

For privacy, safety, and spam-prevention reasons, we only provide our full mailing address to customers placing an order.

Keeping the address out of the public FAQ also helps reduce junk mail, automated scraping, AI/web crawler indexing, and unwanted visits. We are not a retail storefront, and all pickups must be arranged in advance.

Where do I find the shipping address?

Our full shipping address is shown during checkout on the final checkout screen before the order is submitted.

You will be required to check confirmation boxes stating that you have seen the shipping address before the website allows the order to be placed. This helps make sure customers know where to send their film before completing the order.

What if I placed an order but cannot find the address?

If you placed an order and cannot find the shipping address, please contact us with your order number and we will email the address to you.

Please do not mail film until you have confirmed the correct shipping address. This helps prevent lost packages, delays, and film being sent to an old or incorrect address.

Local drop-off and pickup

Local drop-off is available, but we are not a walk-in storefront. Pickups are by appointment only.
